For Looking to redesign the Tapping Solution's app, I wanted to design in such as way that the app is at the level of other anxiety relieving apps, such as Calm, Headspace, The Breathing App, and Insight Timer. The Tapping Solution originally lacked on consistent theme, importance of information, organization making it difficult for users to navigate the app.
